What is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)?
The SSP is a non-invasive listening therapy developed to reset the nervous system, especially for those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in survival mode. This protocol, developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, is rooted in the science of Polyvagal Theory and works by gently guiding your nervous system out of a state of fight-or-flight and into a place where you feel safe, calm, and connected.
